Binding screws are a stable and separable connection to file brochures and loose sheets. They are composed of the shaft with a standardized M4 inner winding and a diameter of 5 mm and a slotted-head screw with 10 mm Ø as counterpart.
Single binding screws are mostly used for printed products which can be fanned out, for example color cards or sample cards. Two or more binding screws are used for brochures or menu cards. Due to the brass or nickel plating, binding screws are the right product to make your files or presentation folders look noble.
Bookbinding screws are processed by hand. Simply press the shaft through the punched hole of your document and use a screwdriver to attach the counterpart. The slotted-head screw can be reopened at any time to exchange single sheets or to add some more.

KK 1101B nickel-plated book screws and KK 1102B brass book screws are available with the following filling levels:
2 mm | 3,5 mm | 5 mm | 8 mm | 10 mm | 12 mm | 15 mm | 20 mm up to 100 mm, in steps of 5 mm
Bookbinding screws are composed of the tube and a slotted-head screw as counterpart with two bags per package, 1.000 tubes and 1.000 screws in separate bags. We also repack the screws in smaller or bigger units on request. Tubes with a shaft length up to 5 mm have a punched hole to guarantee a good screw connection.
