DuploColl 919 is a high-performance double-sided adhesive tape specifically developed for industrial applications. It provides excellent adhesion on a wide range of surfaces and maintains reliable performance even under demanding environmental conditions.
Adhesive System
The PE foam carrier of DuploColl 919 is coated on both sides with a special pure acrylic adhesive. This adhesive offers outstanding bonding strength as well as excellent resistance to UV radiation and weathering, making the tape suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use.

Tips Although the foam tape is highly temperature-resistant, the recommended application temperature is +18 °C to +35 °C. Bonding substrates should be acclimatized to room temperature prior to application to prevent condensation, which could negatively affect adhesive performance. |

Packaging
DuploColl 919 is supplied wound adhesive-side in on a stable cardboard core with an inner diameter of 3 inches (76 mm). Silicone-coated cardboard discs are placed between the rolls to protect them during transport and storage.
Shelf Life
When stored in the original packaging under normal conditions (humidity 50–70% RH, room temperature 17–20 °C), DuploColl 919 has a shelf life of 12 months from delivery.
