Are you looking for a double-sided adhesive tape that bonds reliably to a wide range of materials? Are conventional double-sided tapes not strong enough for your application?
DuploColl 377 by Lohmann is a special polyester adhesive tape developed for demanding industrial applications.
Thanks to its excellent plasticizer resistance, DuploColl 377 provides long-term, permanent adhesion on various plastics such as ABS (thermoplastic terpolymers) and EPDM (synthetic rubbers). Combined with its high shear strength, it is particularly suitable for permanent bonding of rubber-coated parts and rubber profiles, especially in the electronics industry.
With DuploColl 377, components can first be equipped with a strip of adhesive tape. Thanks to the red polypropylene release liner, pre-equipped parts can be transported and bonded at a later stage.
Adhesive
DuploColl 377 features a transparent polyester (PET) film carrier, fully coated on both sides with a transparent modified acrylic adhesive. The adhesive used by Lohmann offers high shear strength as well as excellent initial and final adhesion.
The tape is particularly suitable for bonding high-energy plastics, wood, glass, and ceramic. It also adheres reliably and without distortion to rubber surfaces and low-energy plastics.
The adhesive surface is protected by a red polypropylene film liner.
The total thickness of PET carrier, adhesive layers, and liner is approx. 0.28 mm.
DuploColl 377 can be used in temperature ranges from -40 °C to +120 °C without loss of adhesive performance.

Tips and Notes Adhesive tape should ideally be applied at room temperature between 18 °C and 22 °C. If rolls are moved from cold storage to a warmer processing area, sufficient acclimatization time should be allowed to prevent condensation on the adhesive. Bonding surfaces should also be at room temperature. |

Packaging
The distortion-resistant mounting tape is wound with the adhesive on the inside on a stable cardboard core with an inner diameter of 3 inches (76 mm). Silicone-coated cardboard discs are placed between the rolls to protect them during transport and storage.
Shelf Life
When stored in the original packaging at room temperature (17–20 °C) and normal humidity (50–70% RH), DuploColl 377 has a shelf life of 12 months.
