Product Description
DuploColl 3702 is a double-sided PET film adhesive tape designed for a wide range of applications. The modified acrylic adhesive provides good immediate adhesion on most substrates, including metal, wood, cardboard, paper, as well as low- and high-energy plastics.
Thanks to its high initial tack and high shear strength, DuploColl 3702 is ideal as a mounting tape for applications where difficult-to-bond surfaces made of different materials need to be permanently and reliably joined.
Adhesive System
DuploColl 3702 features a transparent PET film carrier coated on both sides with a modified acrylic adhesive. The adhesive offers a balanced combination of cohesion, adhesion, and initial tack.
The tape can be used in temperature ranges from -40 °C to +120 °C without loss of adhesive performance. Due to its excellent resistance to temperature, chemicals, and UV radiation, it is also suitable for outdoor applications.
The second adhesive side is protected by a yellow silicone paper release liner.
The total thickness of carrier, adhesive layers, and liner is 0.21 mm.

Packaging
The distortion-resistant mounting tape is wound with the adhesive on the inside on a stable cardboard core. With an inner diameter of 76 mm (3 inches), the rolls fit standard hand dispensers and processing equipment. Silicone-coated cardboard discs are placed between the rolls to protect them during storage and transport.
Shelf Life
When stored in the original packaging under optimal conditions (normal humidity 50–70% RH, room temperature 17–20 °C), DuploColl 378 FG has a minimum shelf life of 12 months from delivery.
