DuploCOLL 370 is a double-sided mounting tape that provides reliable adhesion on cellophane-coated surfaces and a wide range of plastics.
Thanks to its very high adhesive coating and the high elongation of the PVC film carrier, the tape is highly conformable and adapts perfectly to bonded surfaces. It adheres reliably to smooth materials such as glass, metal, and ceramic, as well as high-energy plastics like PVC and ABS. In addition, it can also be used on rough surfaces such as chipboard and cardboard.
The second adhesive side is protected by a yellow silicone release paper, allowing components to be pre-equipped and bonded at a later stage.
Adhesive
DuploCOLL 370 features a tear-resistant white PVC film carrier with a thickness of approx. 0.23 mm. Both sides are coated with a transparent modified acrylic adhesive. The total thickness of carrier and adhesive is approx. 0.31 mm.
The acrylic adhesive offers:
- Very high initial tack
- Excellent resistance to solvents and chemicals (e.g. household cleaners, polishes)
- Outstanding weathering, UV, and ageing resistance
This makes DuploCOLL 370 suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
The tape can be used permanently in temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C without loss of adhesion, even under strongly fluctuating temperature conditions.
