Are you looking for a high-performance double-sided universal adhesive tape? Do you need to bond structured or coarse-porous surfaces such as textiles or foams?
DuploColl 200 by Lohmann is a low-emission, environmentally friendly pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that offers reliable and strong adhesion on most substrates.

DuploColl 200 is used in a wide range of industries, for example for mounting signs, panels, and scales or for self-adhesive equipping of products made of plastic, paper, metal, or ceramic. The paper nonwoven tape is particularly recommended for laminating rough or structured surfaces such as felt, film, fabrics, and paper.

Adhesive System

DuploColl 200 uses a transparent dispersion acrylic adhesive that is applied on both sides of a white paper nonwoven carrier. The total thickness of carrier and adhesive layers is approx. 0.23 mm.
The adhesive surface is protected by a yellow-brown silicone paper liner.

This adhesive tape is characterized by excellent initial adhesion and high cohesion. Due to its pronounced viscoelastic properties, DuploColl 200 is especially suitable for coarse-porous materials. The adhesive flows into the pores on a molecular level, increasing the effective bonding area.

The modified acrylic adhesive offers:

Outstanding UV and ageing resistance

DuploColl 200 can be used permanently under load in temperature ranges from -40 °C to +70 °C without loss of adhesive performance, even under fluctuating temperature conditions.

Tips

Ensure uniform pressure during application. Use a squeegee or pressure roller to achieve optimal adhesion.

Packaging

DuploColl 200 is supplied wound adhesive-side in on a stable cardboard core with an inner diameter of 3 inches (76 mm). Silicone-coated cardboard discs are placed between the rolls to protect the adhesive surfaces.

Storage Conditions & Shelf Life

Store DuploColl 200 in the original packaging at room temperature (17–20 °C) and normal humidity (50–70% RH). Under these conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from delivery.
