KK 4503 Film Adhesive Tape – Permanent/Removable Adhesion

The KK 4503 film adhesive tape features a permanent/removable adhesive effect. To achieve this, two different acrylic adhesives are applied to the film carrier. The exposed side is coated with a permanently adhesive, modified acrylic glue, while the covered side has a removable adhesive. These adhesives provide KK 4503 with excellent resistance to external influences and make it resistant to plasticizers.

Despite its strong adhesion, the specific adhesive formulation allows products to be opened and resealed multiple times. This makes the tape particularly popular in the textile industry for film packaging, where it is commonly referred to as bag closure tape.

Thanks to its film liner, this fingerlift tape is ideal for machine processing, where a hot wire or hot blade is used for cutting. The overlapping liner on both sides ensures quick and easy handling during further processing.
