Hook coins are punched out of self-adhesive hook tape, which is made of high-quality, woven polyamide (nylon). Combined with our loop coins, hook coins are a powerful and durable closure. The adhesive on the backside of the discs sticks very fast and safely to a variety of surfaces. Hook coins are used in many different industries, for example as closure system on high-quality folders and folding boxes or to fix objects temporary.
Adhesive
We supply our self-adhesive hook coins in two different versions: We can apply a synthetic rubber adhesive (KK 840 K) or an acrylic adhesive (KK 840 A). The acrylic adhesive is resistant to UV radiation and environmental influences like humidity and temperature fluctuations. Therefore it is the perfect choice for outdoor applications. With its initial tack on many different surfaces at room temperature, the rubber adhesive is mostly used for indoor applications.

Quality features
We know about the high expectations that our customers from industry and trade have on our products. We therefore offer an individual consultation, high quality and durability of our hook and loop coins and very short delivery times.
It is very hard to die-cut hook and loop tape, as it is very thick and flexible. A perfect pressure is needed to cut the hook and loop tape, but not to damage the liner. A filmic liner is used on our products to ensure that it will not tear apart while removing the coins.

The coins are on a single row on a roll. They are wound to a 1” plastic core. 9 mm Ø coins are supplied in two rows on a roll. To keep the rolls in shape during the transport, we attach paper discs to the sides and pack the rolls in foil.
