The 3M™ VHB™ 5925F is a double-sided high-performance tape from 3M’s proven VHB series. It consists of a 0.6 mm thick, closed-cell acrylic adhesive with excellent adaptability and adhesion on a wide range of surfaces. This tape enables permanent bonding and replaces traditional mechanical fasteners like rivets, welding, or screws.

Tips Final bond strength is achieved after several hours. Applying heat and increased pressure using a squeegee or roller accelerates this, improving the flow of the viscoelastic acrylic at the molecular level. |
