Self-adhesive Easy Coins are oval hook and loop coins which are twinned on a roll. In contrast to normal hook tape, Easy Coins are produced out of very low profile hook. The combination of countless small barbed hooks with the small loops guarantee a very high connection. Easy Coins, with a thickness of about 1.5 mm, are much thinner than regular hook and loop coins. Therefore they are used as high quality sealing for folders and boxes.
Adhesive
The hook and loop coins are backed with a modified rubber adhesive. The loop coin is attached to a clear film liner, then the hook coin is twinned and backed with a white, cut liner. The hook and loop coins can be easily removed and directly processed. Simply stick the Easy Coins to the surface, remove the white liner and apply the desired product. As the two components are already twinned, you do not have to search for the right position of the hook and loop coins.

Tips & Advices The rubber adhesive is not suitable for surfaces which are treated with plasticizers as PVC. For these applications we recommend our hook and loop coins with acrylic adhesive. |

The twinned pieces are supplied on a roll, wound to a 3“ paper core. We also stock separate hook and loop coins as well as self-adhesive tapes.
